Returns & Exchanges

At 100 gecs, we want you to be fully stoked on your gear, but if it's not the right fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for confirmation of the return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
